IER records failing to display in the Tracking Data Cleanup Tool

Summary
When attempting to review IER data through the Tracking Data Cleanup Tool, data will fail to display if there is no Tracking Expiration Date included.
Repro
-Create a new email send using Guided Send on the MC side.
-Select a Salesforce campaign as the recipient, complete the email send.
-Wait for the Email Send record to be created on the Salesforce side.
-Add the Tracking Expiration Date field to the layout
Workaround
Add the Tracking Expiration Date field to the layout.
