Double boxes appearing in Engage for Gmail UI

UI Issues occur when using Salesforce Engage for Gmail. If a user sets their default compose window to full-screen, the 'Salesforce Engage Options' window appears twice. If the user enables tracking, two "Send" buttons appear.

Disable setting that defaults to the full-screen editor and expand the editor to full-screen mode manually (if full screen is preferred)
To do this in gmail, click 3 dots in bottom right --> uncheck "default to full-screen"
