Summary
A guest user cannot checkout if the Line Level Independence (LLI) checkout flow is configured in an org where the guest user security policies are enabled.

The Salesforce Winter '20 release added default security to the records that power a B2B Commerce storefront, restricting which components guest users can access on the storefront. These changes are offered on an opt-in basis until the Winter ‘21 release, at which point the settings will be enforced in all orgs.

Repro
1. Enable guest checkout in a storefront.
2. Enable LLI checkout option.
3. Follow Enable Access to Checkout Pages steps in for B2B Commerce 4.11 or 4.12. Workaround
Follow the steps outlined in https://releasenotes.docs.salesforce.com/en-us/spring20/release-notes/rn_networks_guest_opt_out.htm to opt out of the upcoming guest user security policies.If you opt out of these settings now, please note that you must comply with the new guest security policies before Winter ’21, when they will be enforced on all orgs.
