Summary
When searching trust.salesforce.com for Marketing Cloud instance information by Member ID (MID), results are not returned for a subset of MIDs

Repro
1. Navigate to trust.salesforce.com > System Status
2. Type in your Marketing Cloud MID
3. Note no results are returned

Workaround
Input your database ID into the search to return your instance information.

1. Navigate to trust.salesforce.com > System Status
2. Type in your Marketing Cloud DBID
3. Return the results of your Marketing Cloud instance
