Default Opportunity Team Members not present in newly created sandbox.

Due to an issue with one of the post import steps that runs during the sandbox creation process Default Opportunity Team Member records will not exist in the resulting copy.
1. Enable Team selling if it is not already.
2. Go to a user details page and add at least one user to the Default Opportunity Team list.
3. Create a sandbox.
If this data is needed you may be able to manually export and import the UserTeamMember table from production.
