Comments are posted to the wrong audience

Post on a Case are visible to "internals only" even if a different audience was selected when posting the comment.
Open a Case
on the Feed Tab select Posts action
Start writing a comment, post should be internal by default
change the audience to all with access after short time
post the comment
comment will be visible to internals only
Set the audience before you start to write a message
Copy the content from the last post and try to post it again by pasting. This time select the correct audience (all with access) right away and post it.
Post will be visible for all with access
