Summary
Under some very specific circumstances, the underlying code around Process Builder and its actions may evaluate field types/data incorrectly, resulting in an error when saving the record.
NOTE: This error is very specific. It is not a bug for general Process Builder errors when saving records.
Repro
If this is affecting your org, you will see a red popup in Lightning saying, "Can’t Save Record. We can't save this record because the "[name of process] process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details."
Workaround
There is no workaround yet. You can disable the process to save the record.
