Notes Related List of Archived Activity Record does not load in Lightning Experience

Unable to view related Notes from archived tasks through Lightning. Spinners next to Notes related list never go away and related list records are not loaded.
1.Enable Note in your org.
2.Add Note related list to the Task layout in Classic.
3.Switch to Lightning Experience.
4.Find an archived Task record.
5.Take a look at the Note related list and notice that it's keep loading.
