Data Extension browser download will not work when using Internet Explorer 11

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud June 2019 Release
Performing data extension browser download using Internet Explorer 11 will not work.
1) Launch IE11, and login your Marketing Cloud account.
2) Contact Builder > Data Extensions, then click a DE.
(or Email Studio > Email > Data Extensions)
3) Select "Records" tab, then click [Export]
4) Select "Browser Download" as Delivery Location.
Use a different supported browser Chrome or Firefox.
