UI problem with the Recent Sends section of the Overview page

When a MC user has ONLY the ‘Content Creator’ and ‘Marketing Cloud Content Editor/Publisher’ roles. On the overview page the recent sends section displays a message saying “This module is not available to you. Contact your administrator for more information.” When that message is displayed if the resolution of the monitor is low enough then the message pops out of the recent sends section and goes into the recent emails section.
Ensure your browser is set to 100% (you can use Ctrl and + or Ctrl and – to see and adjust this)
Login to your Enterprise 2.0 account.
Create a new user. Give them ONLY the ‘Content Creator’ and ‘Marketing Cloud Content Editor/Publisher’ roles.
Log out and back in as your new user
Click ‘Email Studio > Email’. You will see the message “This module is not available to you. Contact your administrator for more information.” Note that this message is under the ‘Recent Items’ section.
Press Ctrl and – to zoom out to 90%. Note that the message is now under the ‘Sends’ section.
Zoom out of the page by clicking Ctrl and - when in Chrome until the message goes back to the recent sends section.
