Duplicate Social Parent Key records causes Full sandbox copy to stall.

Duplicate data.com Social Parent keys in a production organization can cause a Full sandbox copy to stall when they are copied due to uniqueness constraints.
One known cause was due to issues during Lead conversion where the parent record was not updated correctly.
Log a case with support if you suspect this might be the issue, they can confirm if it is and workaround it by skipping the affected index pieces in the copy.
Alternatively, a Full copy using a template that does not include data.com objects may also avoid this issue since it will not copy over the affected data.
