Lightning: Rollup Summary fields are not updated when child record is deleted, created or updated

Rollup Summary fields are not updated in Lightning when child records are deleted or created, while they are updated correctly in Classic.
This behavior is seen across all objects, standard and custom.
1. Create an RSF field on "Account" with, for example, Summarized Object as "Opportunity" and Field to Aggregate as "Opportunity: Amount".
2. Create an Account and from the Related list for Opportunities create two Opportunities with different amounts.
3. Navigate to Lightning
4. Delete one or both of the Oppotunities you created.
5. Return to the Account - the amount value will not have changed without a hard refresh.
Use a hard refresh or switch to classic to make this changes.
