Repro
-1. Log in to your org
-2. Enable Community on the org
-3. Create an account and contact record for a partner user
-4. Enable the account as Partner Account
-5. Enable the contact as Partner Community User
-6. Create a community
Customize | Communities | All Communities
-7. Add the community user as members
Administration | Members
-8. Make sure "Salesforce1 User" flag of the user is turned on
-9. Log in to the community via the created community user with mobile browser or one.app
-10. Navigate to Fullsite via "Full Site" tab in stage left
-11. Tap on "Go to Salesforce1" link in footer
-12. You should see "URL No Longer Exists" with 404
Workaround
Manually turn "Salesforce1 User" of user record on.
