Lightning Experience: Changing User's language doesn't change UI language until hard refresh

When switching a user's language in Lightning, some labels/names will not automatically translate - a manual refresh will be needed.
1. Log into Lightning Experience
3) Click on your Name in the upper right
4) Click Settings
5) Click Language Settings
6) Change the Language & click save
Language on screen changes
Some labels will not automatically update.
Use a hard refresh to update the language.
