In Summer 18 release, Communities, translated and non-English Knowledge Articles generate "Invalid Page"
In communities, end users can search for articles, but when trying to view non-English articles, end users see the following error:
There are two possible setups that can cause this error:
1. Default Community Language = Non-English
Publish non-English articles with no translations
2. Default Community Language = English
Publish English articles and translate to Non-English with translated URL.
In Classic, go to setup -> Customize -> Knowledge -> Knowledge Settings. In "Language Settings" section, for each language, set "Default Assignee" = none. Click on Save.
In Lightning, go to setup. Search for: knowledge settings. Click on "Knowledge Settings" In "Language Settings" section, for each language, set "Default Assignee" = none. Click on Save.
Is it Fixed?
