Summary
When creating a triggered send, if an apostrophe is used in its name, once saved, the apostrophe is replaced with '

Repro
Login to one of your Marketing Cloud account
Go to Email Studio > Email
Go to Interactions > Triggered Emails
Click Create
Fill in the required fields, using an apostrophe in the Name field (i.e. Ryan’s Example)
Click Save

Workaround
The workaround is to either not use apostrophes in Triggered Send names, or live with them being replaced with '
