Apex Jobs failing with " Error: moving job from FlexQueue to MQ failed, please report to customer support"

Batch Jobs from Flex Queue gets failed intermittently and throws the below error:
"Internal Salesforce Error: moving job from FlexQueue to MQ failed, please report to customer support"
Initiate a Batch Job that runs on daily/weekly basis and sometimes this gets failed throwing above mentioned error.
This is due to the reason that when ever a job completes its processing in the Finish method and gets submitted, it creates a Apex token job ID, that will move the job to the Queue and there it gets failed by acquiring the flex queue lock. Certain actions like re-ordering the flex queue, can cause it to be more likely.
