Clicking on "View All" button in HTML Email Status Related List under Person Account results in "unable to access page" error

When a user clicks on "View All" in the HTML email Status related list under Person Accounts they get an "unable to access page" error.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as admin in Spring Release Org
2. Enable person accounts
3. Add "HTML Email Status" related list to person accounts.
4. Create a person account and send an email using "Send an email" button from the Related list in person accounts.
5. Click on "View all" within the HTML email related list
"Unable to Access Page"
The value of the "id" parameter contains a character that is not allowed or the value exceeds the maximum allowed length. Remove the character from the parameter value or reduce the value length and resubmit. If the error still persists, report it to our Customer Support team. Provide the URL of the page you were requesting as well as any other related information.
Shows the Email Related list status page with the emails sent out.
The HTML Report can be used instead.
