Cannot grant VAD for some Profiles because the Full CRM User License Definition has MAR/VAR on the Question entity when it shoud not

Updating a Profile to add the "View All" permission throws errors similar to this when objects are master detailed to "Questions" object:
Error: Invalid Data.
Review all error messages below to correct your data.
• Permission Read All Blog Visitors depends on permission(s): Read All Questions
• Permission View All Data depends on permission(s): Read All Questions
1) Create a master detail relationship on an object to the Questions object
2) Go to a profile and update the system admin permission "View All"
3) Error is thrown on save
