Dynamic Content: "contains" operator uses dropdown rather than text field

Summary
When creating a new variation for dynamic content based on a dropdown field, selecting the "contains" operator currently brings up a dropdown field of possible field values.
This is different from the behavior in the "contains" operator for automation rules and dynamic list operators, which shows a blank text box.
Repro
1) Create new dynamic content
2) For the "Variations", select "Variations are based on the value of field:" :: [Dropdown Field]
3) For the variation's "Show when [field from #2]" :: contains :: [dropdown]
