Unable to Reply to Instagram Business Reply Posts in Social Customer Service

In Social Customer Service after trying to reply to an Instagram Business Reply post, it will result in an error message on the case feed: error.network.unsupported_post_request
1. Someone replies to a comment for your Instagram Business Page.
2. The Instagram reply post is pushed into Salesforce as a Social Post, Case or Lead
3. On the SCS Case feed, Replying to that Instagram Reply post results in an error.
At this time, there is no workaround within Social Customer Service. SCS users who can also access Social Studio Engage, can reply to Instagram Reply posts there instead.
