Salesforce App freezes when users toggle between different logged in users on the app

Summary
Some of our customers have reported that when working in the Salesforce app, when the "Are you enjoying Salesforce?" feedback survey pop-up appears, the app gets stuck and no longer respects touch inputs.
This issue occurs only when users toggle between different logged in users through the Org-Switcher:

Salesforce Engineering is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it.
Repro
1. Log into the Salesforce Mobile app.
2. Go to the Org Switcher seen here:

3. Log as several different Community / Sandbox users.
4. Work within the app, switching between users from time to time.
5. Place in airplane mode or lose connectivity.
6. Continue working in the app for a period of time.
7. When the app requests Feedback / displays the "Are you enjoying Salesforce?" survey, the page may become "stuck" and touch inputs may not register.
Workaround
- When the app does become "stuck", Uninstall and Reinstall is the only way to recover it.
- To prevent the issue from occurring, do not log into more than one user in the app.
