Unable to schedule job when Locale is set to "Spanish (Peru)".

If as user's Locale is set to "Spanish (Peru)" they will encounter an error when trying to save a scheduled job, the most common one being the Weekly Data Export feature when trying to schedule recurring jobs.
1. Set you Locale to Spanish (Peru) on your user record.
2. Go to Data Management || Data Export
3. Click Schedule Export
4. Choose whatever settings and a time to start, then attempt to save.
5. An error will be displayed at this point.
Change your Locale to any of the others.
