No Related Lists in Accounts for two Standard Asset Fields: "AssetServicedById" and the "AssetProvidedById"

The "AssetServicedById" and the "AssetProvidedById" standard fields (lookups to Account) are not creating a Related List.
This is currently working as designed but R&D acknowledges that the behavior could be reviewed and this Known Issue exists to help tracking potential progress around this functionality. Safe harbor applies.
1. Open any Account and try to find the Related Lists that should appear for the "AssetServicedById" and the "AssetProvidedById" fields.
The fields are standard ones in the Asset object. Creating a new custom lookup will create a Related List, as expected.
Workaround until the enhancement is made is to create a custom lookup, keep it in sync with an Apex Trigger and create the related list based on that custom field.
