Summary
When running the Contact Data Portability Report, the User Interface does not populate the data.

Repro
1. Login to MC and navigate to the "Contact Data Portability Report" under Analytics Builder > Reports > Report Catalog > Contacts
2. Run the report and enter the Subscriber Key
3. The web version of the report will display headers but no data
4. Click the "Email Results" or "Download Results" buttons at the top-right of the reports overview tab. The resulting file will contain data, as expected.
