FinancialAccountList component View All link displays FAR related list instead of related FAs

Summary
Using the Financial Account List component to show records of a custom record type for Financial Accounts or a standard record type if you click on the link "View All" at the bottom of the component from a Household Account you will see a page "No items to display" as it takes you to the page for Financial Account Roles.

Repro
1. Create new (or use existing) Individual *Note: also reproducible with Person Account
2. Create new household - add individual from step 1 as primary and enable FA rollups
3. Create new Financial Account
a. Type: Bank Account
b. Name: TestBankFA1
c. Primary Owner: (Individual from step 1)
d. Balance: 99.88
4. Goto the Household account page for HH created in step 2.
5. Edit the lightning page: Setup gear icon -> Edit Page
a. Find the Financial Account List - Financial Services Cloud (FinServ) component in the left sidebar, click and drag it onto the the top of the Details layout.
b. Click on the newly added component, apply the following configuration:
i. Title: Bank FA List
ii. Icon Style: custom:custom16
iii. FA Record Type: FinServ__BankingAccount
iv. FieldSet (Financial Account): WM_Client_BankingAccount
c. Save and Activate the page.
6. Note that the record Details tab now has the component populating with the Bank Account created in step 3.
7. Click the “View All” link at the footer of the component.

Workaround
None for household context as there would be no FARs to list for related primary individual FAs.
