Contract History Report Error when running or creating a report based on “Contract History” standard report type

Receiving an Error when attempting to view or create reports based on the “Contract History” report type.
1 – Navigate to “Reports” tab
2 – Create a new report based on the “Contract History” report type.
3 – Click “Run Report” – receive error message
4 – Now navigate to an existing affected report:
5 – Receive error message
