Agent receives work more than the overall capacity in Omni.

Under some circumstances, due to re-use of session id after rapid Omni login/logout, an agent receives work more than the overall capacity defined in the presence configuration.
1) When the issue occurs, the "Accepted Date" for all the work items will be blank. OR
2) Agent will see the work item requests in the Omni widget, gets assigned and closed automatically without user intervention.
