Sandbox History tab does not show the Finished and Activated Dates.

When viewing the Sandbox History tab in the sandbox page of Setup some entries may be incomplete. The most common reason for this to occur is if a copy was set to auto activate, though there may be other causes.
1. Refresh an existing sandbox, choose the option to auto activate it.
2. When the sandbox refresh completes go to the Sandbox History tab.
3. The "Finished" and "Activated" columns will be empty.
Do not enable automatic activation.
