Connection Errors With Simultaneous Use of Omni Widget & Supervisor Panel

Users may experience unexpected disconnects while using both the Omni Widget and the Omni Supervisor at the same time.
1. Login as an Admin or as an Agent that has access to Omni Supervisor.
2. Access a Console App that contains the Omni-Channel widget.
3. Select the Omni-Channel widget and select an "Available" or "Away" Status.
4. Once signed into Omni, launch the Omni Supervisor panel.
5. Wait roughly 2-5 min.
User can simultaneously run the Omni Supervisor tool while operating as an Agent.
Connection Error occurs within minutes of launching Supervisor panel:
"We're having trouble connecting to Omni-Channel. Refresh the page, or try again later." - top of page.
“Connection Error” - in widget.
Enable affected user as a "Live Agent User" on their User record.
