Summary
Salesforce to Salesforce will show a communication error when clicking on the "Subscribe/Unsubscribe" button.
Repro
1) Set up two orgs with an S2S connection between them.
2) Publish an entity
3) Turn on the 'Limit API access to installed connected apps with the "Admin approved users are pre-authorized" policy' in the Connected Apps section.
4) Login to the partner org and attempt to subscribe the published object.
Workaround
Disable the "Limit API access to installed connected apps with the "Admin approved users are pre-authorized" policy" permission.
