"Your account has been disabled" warning message is displayed when trying to upload new version of the Contentdocument current owned by Inactive user

Summary
Starting Spring 17’ customers may notice that when they try to upload the new version of the content document currently being owned by the inactive user they get a Warning message which appears to be an error
“"Your account has been disabled"
Please note that the content can be saved without any issue by ignoring the above warning message.
Repro
1) Go to the existing content document that is being owned by the inactive user.
2) Click Edit > Upload New Version > Select any file to replace the existing file. You will see the warning as indicated above.
Workaround
No workaround necessary since this is only a warning message. R&D team is working on making the warning message to be more precise.
