"Unable to Access Page" error when trying to Edit Page Layouts or view Account records if they have ServiceResource as Related List

An "Unable to Access Page" error message will appear when trying to Edit Page Layouts for Accounts, Contacts or Person Accounts if the Objects have ServiceResource as a related list.
The error will also be observed when you try to view Account detail pages.
1 "Setup --> Service Resources --> Fields", create a custom lookup field to lookup account.
2 Go to "Setup --> Acocunt --> Page Layouts", Edit any of them.
3 Check the error page.
Delete the custom lookup field in Service Resource to be able to edit the page layouts again.
