Summary
When the "Export to Google Apps" button is selected when viewing Users on a Profile, the following error is presented:
Unable to Access Page
You are missing information needed by the page you have attempted to access. If you believe this is an error, please refresh your screen. If the error persists, please report it to our Customer Support team and provide the URL of the page you were requesting as well as any other related information.
Repro
1. In Salesforce Classic, access Setup.
2. Navigate to Manage Users > Profiles
3. Select a Profile, then click View Users.
4. Click the Export to Google Apps button.
5. An "Unable to Access Page" error is generated.
Workaround
Create a list view for Users that filters by Profile:
1. In Salesforce Classic, access Setup.
2. Navigate to Manage Users > Users
3. Select "Create New View" and create a view that filters by Profile.
4. Select the Export to Google Apps button.
