Dates are not selectable when scheduling a publication from the Knowledge tab if the number of Articles in the list is greater than seven

Summary
When scheduling the publication of an Article from the Knowledge tab, if there are greater than seven Articles listed, dates are not selectable from the calendar that's displayed.
Repro
1. Navigate to the Knowledge tab in Salesforce Classic.
2. Select My Drafts, or click the Published drop-down menu and select Draft to display Draft Articles.
3. Select the drop-down menu to the left of an Article and choose Publish.
4. Click into the Date field to schedule publication.
Result: If there are greater than seven articles listed, dates on the calendar will not be selectable.
Workaround
Click into each Article that needs to be scheduled for publication, then click "Publish...". The date is selectable within Article Management.
