Spring '17 - Article Management tab not working when lightning knowledge is enabled

Article Management and Articles in Communities will not work correctly when using Lightning Knowledge (Spring '17).
1. Open a Community Template (e.g. Napili)
2. Open an Article.
You'll get an Invalid Page message and may an error Id similar to: 262081356-324931 (-2106884832)
1. Enable lightning knowledge for any org in org setup.
2. Go to a Community and open Article management tab.
Observe that existing articles are not getting display.
