Unable to save Content Block in Internet Explorer 11

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release May 2020

Summary
In IE 11, [Save] button for Content Blocks or [Duplicate] button for any content type (e.g. Email) does not work due to unsupported JavaScript method.

Repro
1. Log in to any account via IE 11.
2. Navigate to Email Studio > Content or to the Content Builder app
3. Click Create > Content Blocks > HTML (Any content block type works).
4. Enter HTML code in the Content Block.
5. Click Save.

Workaround
Use other browsers.
