Static resources, documents, attachments failed to load or return 404 Not Found

A recent automated process incorrectly identified and displaced static resources (Created before January 23rd, 2019) which could result in customers receiving Static resource failed to load errors, or 404 not found failures when attempting to retrieve attachments and documents. Salesforce is actively working to restore the displaced data in a mass restore process. We ask that customers follow this KI for additional information as to when this data will be fully restored. This problem has been verified to have impacted the following instances (AP14/AP15/EU8/EU10/EU16/EU19/NA58/NA72/NA86/NA88/ + Sandbox copies made from orgs on these instances)
Customers using Salesforce may encounter the error “ Static Resources failed to load or Requests to static resource contents return 404 Not Found” when accessing particular static resources, documents or attachment created before January 23rd, 2019.
None. The Salesforce Team is actively working on a data restore process to return the displaced data to the appropriate data stores.
