Filtered Data Extensions are not loading in Shared Data Extensions Folder when opened from another business unit

Summary
Unable to see and load filters on a shared filtered data extension when trying to open filtered data extension from different business unit than what it was created in.

Repro
1) Create a filtered data extension and move it to shared data extension folder
2) Try to Open that DE and see that it loads without issue
3) Navigate to different business unit and now try to load same DE
4) On Properties Tab for Filtered Shared Data extension , in the Filter section, the dialog gets stuck at "Loading Filter Info".
5) Open developer console and see errors similar to:

Status Code: 404
Payload: {"message":"No FilterDefinition found for FilterDefinitionID: 11111111","errorcode":30003,"documentation":""}

Workaround
Load or modify the filtered data extension in the business unit it was created in.
