Localization not functioning correctly on Email Studio Import Wizard UI

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release March 2020
DataExtension Import Wizard UI would be forced to English in any CultureCode.
- Login to MC
- Navigate to [Setup] > [Users]
- Click your login name, and click [Edit]
- Change Culture Code for your login name as you like(Except for English)
- Logout and login to MC again
- Navigate to [Email Studio] > [Email] > [Subscriber] > [Data Extension]
- Click [Import] and open Import Wizard UI
Use Import Wizard on Contact Builder.
