Summary
When bulk record update is performed from a flow, child object details are sent as part of the parent object. Class converts parent object to parent and child objects and adds them to the entity list alternately. Due to this the chunking limit gets exhausted and error is thrown.

Please refer GUS : W-7047415 for repro.

Workaround
Split bulk update in smaller batches.
