Summary
Clicking on the Marketing Cloud tab in Salesforce generates a blank screen when the Salesforce CRUC "Restrict Access to @AuraEnabled Apex Methods for Authenticated Users Based on User Profile" is activated.

In the 222 (winter 20) release, the above feature was launched. The feature was meant to enable org to control access of lightning methods based on profile permission. In an org where this is enabled but the permission is not granted to the users, this page will not load.

Repro
1) In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Critical Updates
2) Activate "Restrict Access to @AuraEnabled Apex Methods for Authenticated Users Based on User Profile"
3) Attempt to integrate/click the Marketing Cloud tab, as part of the Marketing Cloud Connect managed package
4) Blank screen is loaded

Workaround
Deactivate the critical update "Restrict Access to @AuraEnabled Apex Methods for Authenticated Users Based on User Profile"

or

The best solution would be to follow the two steps below:

1) Enable the critical update.
2) Evaluate and then grant class access to each profile as you see fit.
