Users are unable to see the complete MID in the BU dropdown

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release January 2020
In some cases, the MID value is too large of a number to see the complete MID in the Business Unit dropdown of the application.
Login to account
Click the Business Unit selection in the upper right
Observe you can't always see the entire MID value of BUs
By clicking into the BU you should then be able to see the full MID value.
