_ListSubscribers DataView does not list Business Unit Suppression list Subscribers

Summary
When utilising the _ListSubscribers DataView within a Business Unit, and you have a Suppression list(s) populated in that Business Unit, you will not be able to query the DataView to return those Subscribers
Repro
- Create and populate a Suppression list in a Business Unit of your Enterprise
- Create a Query Activity to target the _ListSubscribers DataView
- Populate a Data Extension with the results of the Query
- Review the Data Extension to notice it does not return records on your Suppression list(s)
