Contacts Engagement History fails to load on child BUs

Summary
Contacts Mobil engagement history in Contact Builder does not load on child BUs.

Repro
- Log in to child BU account
- Navigate to [Contact Builder] > [All Contacts]
- Click the Contact Key link of the list
- No Mobile activity history will show on the [Engagement] tab

Workaround
No workaround on UI operation but you can use the standard report or extract for each channels to retrieve the tracking data.
