Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release January 2020

Summary
When reviewing a Contact in Contact Builder, and choosing to review the Attribute information you hold within an Attribute Set, some Attribute Sets may not load the information against the Contact

Repro
- Move into All Contacts within Contact Builder
- Select a Contact to review
- Switch to the Attributes tab
- Review the Attribute Sets that may contain information
- Notice some Attribute Sets may not load (for example MobilePush Demographics)
