Internal Server Error when editing Quantity field on Product Item

Users may get an internal server error after editing the Quantity of a Product Item. This error will typically be isolated to orgs that have a Rollup Summary field on Product Item that counts the number of Product Item Transactions.
1. Log in as a System Admin
2. Create a Rollup Summary field that summarizes the count of Product Item Transactions.
3. Create a Location record:
Inventory Location: checked/true
Location Type: Warehouse
Time Zone: (GMT+08:00) Philippine Standard Time (Asia/Manila)
4. Create a ProductItem record:
Product Name: Select any existing product
Quantity on Hand: 0
Quantity Unit Of Measure: Each
Location: the Location you created
5. Edit the ProductItem record and set the Quantity to 1.
User gets an error like the following: Error ID: 1890659381-253317 (-1582146755)
ProductItem should be saved successfully.
No workarounds at this time. The Rollup Summary field will need to be deleted until the issue is resolved.
