Can not cancel the scheduled MC Connect email send in Sales/Service cloud according to language conditions

Summary
Even user cancels scheduled send in Sales/Service cloud, this dose not work and canceled mail is sent in specific condition.
This happens if there is a discrepancy between operation user's language to that of connecting user.

Repro
Pattern 1:
1. Set connecting user's language as "English" and set that of end user who cancels the mail as "Japanese".
2. Create Email Send record as schedule send.
3. Click "Cancel Send" button.
4. After 15 to 30 minutes, the canceled email is sent.


Pattern 2:
1. Set connecting user's language as "Japanese" and set that of end user who cancels the mail as "English".
2. Create Email Send record as schedule send.
3. Click "Cancel Send" button.
4. After 15 to 30 minutes, the canceled email is sent.

Workaround
Delete the Email Send record in Sales/Service cloud.
