ISE when customer community user searches from a lookup of Lightning Knowledge

Internal server error occurs when external user (customer portal user/partner user/ customer user) searches from lookup of Lightning Knowledge in Customer Portal / Salesforce Tabs + Visualforce template community.
This issue occurs when external user doesn't have "Knowledge User" license.
1.Enable Lightning Knowledge.
2.Create custom object.
3.Create Lookup Relationship field for this custom object, and set [Knowledge] as Related To.
4.Create "Salesforce Tabs + Visualforce" community, and add a tab of the custom object.
5.Create Knowledge and publish it.
6.Create community user and add user's profile to the community.
7.Login to Community As User.
8.Open the custom object's tab.
9.Create new record for the object.
10.Edit the object, and click lookup icon of Knowledge lookup field, and ISE occurs.
