Community Badging is giving a false positive permission error for Partner users

Assigning badges to Partner community users is throwing a false positive permission error. The user is still able to view and interact with the Badge based on their assigned profile.
- Log in as a Community user.
- Go to the "Badge" component
- Select a Badge and choose a Partner community user to receive
- Pop-up error would occur indicating partner user will not see or interact with the badge.
